This year Katy Christian Ministries has seen double their normal clients.  Their clients are from all walks of life, some are even engineers.  Now more than ever the Katy community is banding together to get through these challenging times.  Steve Nordlander COO for KCM said that Santa’s Sleigh helped over 2,000 children, double the normal amount.  The exciting part is that you – our amazing volunteers are the ones who make the difference.  Thank you for all you have done and continue to do.
Current needs for Katy Christian Ministries are
Furniture and resale items for the store (all money raised goes to help with the other services provided by KCM)

Food Pantry – Personal Care items, healthy food

Breath of Life Children’s Clinic
This clinic is seeing many more children and adults than ever.  If you would like to help they are always in need of financial donations.
Also needed are:
– kleenex, hand sanitizer, colorful bandaids
– new unwrapped toys and $10 gift cards for teens (BOL gives a small new toy to each client through the holiday season.

Pregancy Help Center
Ways you can make a difference:
– Newborn diapers
– Gallon size ziplock bags
– Shopping bags with handles
– Maternity clothes
– hooded towels
– crib sheets
– wipes

Most urgent needs – volunteers to inspire life, life stewards.  This is not a lightly held volunteer opportunity.  Volunteers are needed, but please only those committed to serving.
