November 15, 2008 CompassionKaty.org volunteers from area churches, participated in a paint day at Breath of Life Children’s Clinic. 

Breath of Life Children’s Clinic is a local non-profit clinic, providing healthcare for uninsured children in the greater Katy area.  This clinic provides healthcare for over 3,500 children annually and over 1,800 immunizations are given in their back to school shot clinic.  This year, with Hurricane Ike, they saw additional children in need, waiving all fees.

To help maintain the standards at Breath of Life, CompassionKaty.org, painted the entire clinic, including all offices, and exam rooms.  20 volunteers representing Grand Lakes Presbyterian and The Fellowship at Cinco Ranch were on hand to accomplish this task.
