Compassion Katy has been hard at work getting ready for Katy ServeFest 2009! Planning meetings, working with the Katy YMCA and The Krause Center to identify the needs and projects that we’ll be working on this summer, starting to seek out donations for materials to complete these important tasks.
Compassion Katy’s Spring Workday on March 28th was a huge success! We had 68 volunteers representing 4 churches, 3 high schools and two organizations giving 600 work hours and blessing the Katy YMCA’s Camp Cinco on Mason Rd.
