The Team

JENNIFER HART

Jennifer moved to Katy in 2009 because she wanted her 2 children to be in the best schools.  She fell in love with the schools and community of Katy.  While working in the corporate world, she met her husband Steve and the family has lived happily in Katy ever since.

Jennifer has lead grief groups in church, volunteered with children, and at homeless shelters.  Her family often accompanies her on these community missions.  A few years ago, Jennifer began working in nonprofit world and comes to us with experience in this area.  She has always had a passion for helping others, and felt moved to be a part of Compassion Katy. She has a passion to help families and be involved in the Katy community that she loves.

Her favorite pass time when she’s not working with Compassion Katy is so spend time with her family travelling and enjoying time around Katy.  There is nothing she loves more than attending her kids’ events.

Regina became interested in Compassion Katy because she felt this was the next progressive path that would allow her to connect with the community on a much broader scale. Compassion Katy is the epitome of linking the needs of the community with the hearts of the Church and reflecting Compassion in Action. She absolutely loves the role of being Director of Community Relations.

God continues to use Regina to link people from various backgrounds and cultures to truly be reflective of God’s church. She believes with all her heart there are numerous people with the heart to serve and be of assistance in any capacity, but may not be privy to opportunities available. Her aspiration is to be that bridge to link those people.
